In the form of a power, liquid or pill, ketamine is a dangerous drug and mostly used in clubs and as a date-rape drug.

 How is it used?: In powder form ketamine can be sprinkled on marijuana and smoked.  It can also be snorted.

                            In liquid form ketamine can be injected or drank                                                    .

                            In pill form ketamine can also be swallowed.

Where is it used?: Ketamine is mostly used in clubs and raves by teenagers and young adults.

                                  It is used as a date-rape drug because of its anesthetic ability to make someone lose awareness.

                                  Ketamine is also used by veterinarians and hospitals for medical reasons.

History: Ketamine started being  used around the 1970's by veterinarians and doctors.  It is an anesthetic that releases pain and works on the central nervous          system.  Not until recently people started realizing that you could get "high" off of taking ketamine.
